DonorQuest Online is our cloud-based subscription service, and it is the perfect option for those who want the convenience of securely accessing their donor information from essentially anywhere on any device.  It is also the perfect option for those who don’t want to worry about maintaining their own data backups or installing software upgrades.  We handle all the back-office stuff for you.  All you need is an Internet connected device for each of your users.

Note: The multi-user numbers refer to the maximum number of users who can be logged in at the same time. All plans include an unlimited number of user accounts. So for example, if your organization has ten employees who need DonorQuest access, but only six are likely to be using it at the same time, then you would only need the multi-user 6 plan. The person in charge of DonorQuest at your organization can create and delete user accounts as needed at anytime, and they also have fine control over the various things users are allowed to do in DonorQuest. This makes it easy to setup temporary login accounts for volunteer workers with limited access.

*Discounted pricing applies only to current annual billing cycle. If additional user seats are purchased during a cycle, the purchase applies only to the remainder of the current annual billing cycle. If additional user seats are needed towards the end of an annual billing cycle, the temporary monthly boost option should be used instead.

* Data Conversion costs are based upon the complexity of the data. An estimate can be provided with a sample of the data. Please call for acceptable file formats.
** While in the normal course of business some custom reports and queries may be created free of charge for users on support, we reserve the right to charge for excessive requests in order to prevent abuse of the courtesy.
*** The cost of airfare is not included. All other travel expenses are included.

Statement Of Confidentiality

Be assured we keep all our customer data completely confidential, and we never share, sell, or allow solicitation of the names in your database.  With our online version, your data is only copied and backed up as needed in our data center to maintain and update our systems, or to assist you in uploading your data to your online DonorQuest database.
